Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every piece we sell. If you or your pet aren't completely in love with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in their original condition — unused, clean, and with original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email support@miloandmaison.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used feeding bowls, opened consumables, and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
