Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery times

We offer free tracked standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas (AK, HI, PR) may take slightly longer.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also find it in your account under Order History.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged, please email support@miloandmaison.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
